*  We only ship Healthy, Vigorous Plants.

*  We ship orders on Mondays & Tuesdays

*  We ship within the United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. Territories.

* Rare instances where the shipment has been mishandled by the carrier, please notify us and the carrier immediately. We will do whatever is necessary to alleviate any issues. 

* Orders shipped in the state of Florida will be charged 7% Sales Tax.

Returns

Due to the nature of Orchids being perishables, at this time we do NOT offer returns on live plants.
